The Bagasse Lifecycle
How we turn agricultural waste into premium restaurant supplies.
1. Sourcing
We collect leftover sugarcane stalks (bagasse) after the sugar extraction process—material that would otherwise be burned.
2. Pulping
The fibers are cleaned, heated, and turned into a food-grade pulp without the use of harsh chlorine bleaches.
3. Molding
The pulp is pressed into high-heat molds to create durable, water and oil-resistant takeout containers.
4. Composting
After use, the products can be commercially composted, returning to the earth as nutrient-rich soil in 60-90 days.
Rigorous Quality Assurance
We understand that in the foodservice industry, packaging failure is not an option. That's why our quality control team inspects every batch before it leaves our Southeast Asian ports.
- Leak & Grease Testing: 24-hour hot oil penetration tests.
- Structural Integrity: Stacking tests to simulate real-world transport conditions.
- US Customs Compliance: Full documentation to ensure smooth port entry and timely delivery to your warehouse.
